Week Two: High and Dry

On a day when 75% of Queensland is covered in flood water and people are in the process of losing their homes to the Brisbane river just 15 minutes down the road I am very grateful that I love in this sheltered little corner of the world, I'm grateful that today I'm safe.

Week 1: Solitude

It's time to let go of a very dark year and to find within myself a sense of peacefulness and certainty to face the new year with. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have some time in solitude, to reflect, to rediscover, to make friends with myself, to look forward.
